Our ICT Service Operations team are seeking to recruit an ICT Asset Administrator. The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated individual who will assist the logistics team to oversee the ICT asset management solution.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, conscientious, and motivated individual who is looking to progress and develop their skills within the company.Main duties of the job
  • Survey Innovates estate and maintain accurate records of all ICT assets in the master database (CMDB).
  • Independently manage workload, adapt to changing priorities, and respond promptly to queries and urgent requests.
  • Support ICT Logistics with stock control, reporting, and replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate disposal of redundant ICT equipment in line with WEEE regulations, ensuring secure data destruction.
  • Act as a central contact for ICT asset matters, handling communications and documentation with stakeholders.
