Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift, Overtime Available.About The Company:Currently working from large premises in Perthshire, Scotland with large workshop area and parking, their aim is to provide a quality service for clients HGV, PSV, Van and Trailer needs. The company was set up in 2019 but has over 50 years of experience with whom are all IRTEC qualified. They deliver a service that strives for loyalty of custom and understand the attention to detail of every customer requirement.They are now looking to recruit an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their busy team.About The Role:Working as the HGV Technician / Mechanic you will form an integral part of the team in the workshop which is located between Perth and Dundee. The job offers the opportunity to form part of a close-knit team and work in a busy and friendly atmosphere working on all types and brand of vehicles.Key Duties (But not limited too):
- Day to day maintenance of our customers vehicles.
- Vehicle inspections, servicing, and MOT preparation.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation using workshop app.
- Carry out fault diagnosis using a range of diagnostic equipment.
- Perform minor and major repairs of vehicles & trailers.
- Work in line with Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Prior experience working in a similar role.
- Strong HGV, van, and trailer knowledge.
- Class 1 or 2 vehicle license (Preferred)
- Competent in use of latest diagnostic equipment.
