This is an excellent opportunity for planners looking to work on major developments across London and the South East, within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.The Roles:
Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:
·Leading or supporting planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.
·Advising clients on planning strategy, local policy, and development potential.
·Preparing and submitting representations, including for local plans and major applications.
·Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
·Managing client relationships and, at senior levels, contributing to business development.What We're Looking For:
·MRTPI-qualified (or working towards for Senior Planners).
·Strong understanding of the UK planning system, ideally in the South East.
·Experience in consultancy or local authority planning.
·Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
