- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site surveys, assessments, and investigations to gather relevant data and ensure project feasibility.
- Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, including monitoring progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources as per project requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship, adherence to specifications, and compliance with project timelines.
- Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Ideally a degree.
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision.
