
PMO Tooling Analyst

- Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of the PPM tool and reporting suite
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data views
- Monitoring tooling configuration and validating new functionality
- Completing health checks and reviewing reporting anomalies
- Coaching users and enabling PMOs to train the wider PM community
- Administering tools including access requests and data clean-ups
- Identifying and sharing continuous improvement opportunities
- Enhancing governance and reporting standards across the portfolio
- Experience with systems administration, configuration, and reporting
- Knowledge of Power BI, PPM tools, and data visualisation techniques
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to model data and use DAX and Power Query effectively
- Familiarity with project management processes and performance metrics
- Confidence in coaching and training others on tooling usage
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
