- Provide first-line support for customer inquiries and technical issues related to security products
- Handle helpdesk requests and assist with test & returns processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions
- Technical-minded individual with a passion for the security industry
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the security or related industry
- Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with the test & returns team to troubleshoot and evaluate returned products
- Research and stay updated on new security technologies and products to enhance technical expertise
- Engage in continuous improvement by providing valuable feedback for product enhancement
