Location: KidderminsterOur client is looking for a driven Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to join their fast-growing team and ensure their premium sports memorabilia reaches fans around the world quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire logistics and dispatch operation. As they scale, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, building and leading your own fulfilment team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing, processing, and dispatching all customer orders with accuracy, speed, and care
- Maintaining strict quality standards across packaging, presentation, and security
- Coordinating with customer service, sales, and framing teams to quickly resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to ensure urgent orders and high-volume periods are delivered without delays
- Supporting other departments (framing, goods-in) when business demands require
- This is not a 9-to-5 role — they move fast, and we need someone who thrives in that environment.
- Proven experience in fulfilment, logistics, or dispatch operations
- A hands-on, detail-focused approach with high personal standards
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines
- Willingness to put in early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when required
- A team-first attitude with ambition to lead and grow with the company
