- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring all payments are made within deadlines
- Assisting with month-end tasks and ledger reporting
- Supporting internal departments with any invoice or payment queries
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Keeping financial records up-to-date and audit-ready
- Previous experience working within a finance or purchase ledger role
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- A confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving
- The ability to manage your workload independently and prioritise tasks
