Liberte Healthcare are recruiting Support Workers to support adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities within a supported living environment.The services are based within Warrington, WA5.This is a very rewarding role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the care sector and support of adults with learning disabilities.Requirements for role:- Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to complete a DBS check- Must be willing to complete our training or hold relevant, in date care certificates-Excellent communication skills.-Confident in provided personal care, if required.Skills:
