- Support the Divisional Director and Hydrock team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Drive profitable and sustainable work-winning and assist in maintaining up-to-date forecasting and input where required for Hydrock and the Division.
- Self-motivated team player, with ability to lead and support efficiency and growth.
- Leading, recruiting, managing and developing a team of fire engineers experienced in external wall fire safety analysis.
- Strong communication, analysis and people skills within a multi-discipline working environment.
- Relevant degree and ideally a masters in fire engineering.
