- Work in partnership with regional stakeholders to create a robust GTM plan to generate high quality pipeline and revenue
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop a marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Execute integrated marketing programs for ARR growth (events, webinars, trade shows, inbound, content syndication, direct mail, digital advertising etc.)
- Support activities with key alliance and channel partners
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Work with our marketing technology stack for accurate program execution and analysis to achieve Marketing Qualified Lead, Sales Accepted Opportunities and Sourced Revenue target goals
- Continuously track performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes of sales pipeline and revenue.
- Proven Experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and logically in writing and verbally to provide supporting data and vital information in an organized, and concise manner
- Strong collaborative experience, with the ability partner to execute across cross-functional teams, partnering with sales and marketing
- Customer centric, passionate about understanding the customers' business opportunities and challenges.
- Experience of executing integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns
- Experience in managing and planning digital and live events and exhibitions
- Very resourceful - leveraging all resources both internal and external
