Will be responsible for coordinating statutory audits, managing UK filings, overseeing Legal Entity Restructuring (LER) processes, and ensuring compliance with all UK statutory requirements. Additionally, will provide support to the Financial Reporting team in various tasks.Responsibilities:Coordinate statutory audits for UK entities and the UK component audit for consolidated audit.Prepare valuations of investments held by UK entities.Manage UK filings for 9 registered entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.Coordinate Legal Entity Restructuring (LER) processes for UK restructurings, managing financial implications.Ensure compliance with other UK statutory requirements, including surveys conducted by the Office for National Statistics.Provide support to the Financial Reporting team.Requirements:Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is required.Prior experience in coordinating statutory audits, preferably within the UK, is highly desirable.Strong understanding of accounting and regulatory requirements.Experience in financial reporting.Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.#LI-DD1For more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn .Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
