As the Maintenance Supervisor, operating within the Insulation department, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of energy efficiency improvement projects.You will lead a team that ensures that the maintenance operation is planned, managed and completed compliantly and efficiently, in line with the agreed standards of Consumer Energy Solutions.The role requires strong leadership, strong organisational skills and excellent communication due to the complexity of the operation.The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators and will report directly to the Install Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of the maintenance operation, working closely with the maintenance coordinators, maintenance teams and trade department managers to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Manage team-wide attendance, holiday cover and sickness to maintain consistent staffing levels and minimise disruption.
- Promote a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong coordination and communication within the maintenance function.
- Monitor overall compliance with health and safety procedures, escalating any concerns or gaps as appropriate.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain productivity and service standards across all areas.
- Work to improve processes and workflows across the function, helping eliminate inefficiencies and reduce operational friction.
- Collect and analyse key performance data to identify trends, highlight risks and drive improvements.
- Support the maintenance coordinators and field-based operatives with performance management, including coaching, feedback and escalation where needed.
- Provide regular operational updates to senior management, including key metrics, challenges and areas for improvement.
- Participate in monthly manager’s meetings.
