  • Engage with children and families to build constructive and respectful relationships, ensuring the welfare of children is paramount
  • Manage a complex and diverse caseload, adhering to required standards and employing effective problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate closely with multi-agency teams to deliver tailored support and guidance
  • Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and make informed recommendations to improve outcomes for children and families
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous development of the service
  • Attend court proceedings and provide professional evidence as and when required
