  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons across year groups.
  • Work closely with students to encourage confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
  • Providing 1:1 support.
  • Assist in creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs.
  • Help with classroom preparation, activities, and learning resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to enhance the school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • A passion for supporting young learners in their academic and personal development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
