Venn Group have been approached by a Housig Association and would like to introduce the following position available:Position: Customer Engagement and Scrutiny LeadLocation: AshingtonSalary: £36,047 including car allowanceLength: PermanentHours: 37 per week including 1 hour lunch break per day (2 days per home)Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a programme of research that captures tenant views using a range of insight techniques
  • Turn data into meaningful, actionable insights to support strategic planning and service improvement
  • Oversee TSM and customer satisfaction survey delivery, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Work closely with teams across the business to embed customer insight into decision-making
  • Identify gaps in tenant understanding and lead targeted insight projects from start to finish
Essential Criteria
  • Previous experiece within a Customer Liaison/Customer Engagement position
  • Experience within Social Housing preferred
  • Driver required
