Project Manager – HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing
Location: North West (with travel as required)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Car + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentYourConstruction is proudly representing a leading M&E contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across a variety of commercial environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that prides itself on quality delivery, health & safety, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects from inception to completion.Implemented and managed company QHSE systems and ensured CDM compliance across all projects.Submit and maintain Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans.Manage schedules, resource planning, and communications to uphold high service standards.Brief and coordinate engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.Conduct site surveys, oversee commercial installations, and ensure deadlines are met.Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for senior management.Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.Drive a safe and compliant working environment across all operations.What We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of project management experience within HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing sectors.Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving project goals.Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.A professional, flexible, and proactive approach to changing demands.Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.Essential Requirements:SMSTS CertificationFull UK Driving LicenceHealth & Safety trainingProficient in project scheduling and reporting toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary up to £50,000 (DOE)Company car and fuel allowanceCompany pension schemeFull PPE and uniform providedPhone & laptopFlexible working hoursAdditional leave entitlementOn-site parkingRetail discounts & employee perksSupportive and collaborative team culture
