
Aftersales Advisor (Part time)

Hours: 2-3 days per week (Mon-Wed, 8am-4:30pm) however will be looking to move full time in the futureKey Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales data and databases (warranty, complaints, service contracts)
- Provide updates and support to customers on orders and service status
- Run weekly reports and maintain customer price lists
- Arrange returns, credits, and invoice processing via 1Link
- Support approved service provider training and documentation
- Assist with stock orders and monitor supplier delivery timelines
- Handle warranty parts orders, certifications, and associated documentation
- Promote quality, safety, and environmental standards
