🏥 Registered Nurse - Care Home with Nursing 📍 Chelsea, London💷 £46,588.15 per year (£21ph)| 42.5 hrs per week 🕒 12-hour shifts | Days, Nights & Weekends (rota basis) About the Role We are seeking experienced, resilient Registered Nurses to join our clinical team within a 60-bed care home with nursing, including dementia and end-of-life care wards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires excellent clinical decision-making, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to person-centred care. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care, coordinating with the wider multidisciplinary team, and supporting colleagues across day and night shifts.
