- Manage intercompany reconciliations between the UK subsidiaries and Fever-Tree’s US, German and Australian subsidiaries;
- Support with development of intercompany control policies and process;
- Prepare month-end accruals and prepayments across the UK subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy of postings to enable review at all levels of the reporting hierarchy;
- Prepare balance sheet recs for UK subsidiaries;
- Review in-month postings, ensuring the accuracy of classifications, subsidiary and associated cost centres, making corrections where necessary and providing feedback to prevent future incorrect postings;
- Provide support in co-ordinating the customer pricing process for all UK subsidiaries, ensuring customer pricing is controlled, monitored and updated on a timely basis, and where necessary corrected;
- Undertake ad-hoc data analysis and reviews, as required, to provide the business with insights and enable decision-making;
- Perpetual review of accounting processes and seek opportunities to automate, streamline and refine to create efficiencies and improve the accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- CIMA / ACCA – Studying/Part Qualified
- 1-2 years working in a Management Accounting team/role
- Excellent communicator, especially with non-financial stakeholders
- Highly motivated, a self-starter and able to be agile with business change
- High level of proficiency in excel, able to analyse larger datasets and develop of financial reports
- Keen eye for detail, able to spot inconsistencies in large data sets and identify areas of control risk
- Good understanding of FMCG businesses
- experience with tangible products essential; and
- experience in drinks industry is desirable
- Worked with large ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP etc.) and ability to consolidate data from various sources and use initiative to provide insights
