- Salary: £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum) plus benefits.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.00 am-3.00pm and 1.30pm-9.30pm, Sunday to Saturday on a shift rota basis.

- Previous experience working in the Social Care sector required, ideally with varying physical and learning disabilities.
- Hold a UK driving licence and willing to drive company vehicles.
- Emotionally resilient.
- Daily activities such as personal care; laundry; meal preparation and administration.
- You will get to know the people you will support and take personal responsibility for the quality of care and support delivered to the them.
- You will safeguard and promote the welfare of the people you will support.
- You will promote the people you support to make choices and express their individuality.
- To work positively with other agencies, parents, carers, and other services to ensure person-centred care for people we support.
- You will be able to take direction from the multi-disciplinary team.
- You will ensure good working practice including understanding and awareness of health and safety.
- You will assist with all tasks necessary to ensure positive life experiences.
- Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans and function as a key worker when required.
- You will support our people to maintain a clean-living environment appropriate to meet their individual needs.
- You will participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to everyone's needs.
