Contract: Term-Time Only (46 working weeks – paid over 12 months)

We’ve Got a Role That Works Around You.Whether you're seeking part-time hours, weekend shifts, or a more flexible work schedule to fit around your life, we have a variety of opportunities available in our kitchen team at Hartpury University.We’re recruiting for two skilled Chefs to join our team on a part-time and/or weekend basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, supportive environment — with term-time only contracts and no late-night hours.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner services, depending on your shift
  • Work from standardised recipes to ensure consistency and high quality
  • Help maintain kitchen operations through excellent teamwork and communication
  • Take part in food prep, stock control, delivery checks, and daily cleaning duties
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices at all times
What We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant culinary qualification (e.g. 706/1, 706/2, or equivalent) or relevant kitchen experience
  • A team player with a flexible, proactive approach
  • Passion for cooking and pride in delivering quality food
  • Availability to work part-time and/or weekends during term time
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
