  • Be the principle HRBP for one of our largest sectors looking after the full breadth of their people agenda.
  • HRBP roles at Baringa are very broad, so there will be plenty of scope to operate across a range of different activities, including Performance Management, Wellness, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Promotions, Salary reviews and People MI.
  • You will develop and own the sector-specific People Plan for your client group and be accountable for ensuring progress against this, including engaging with other parts of HR, including Reward, Recruitment and L&D.

  • You will be managing a HR Advisor supporting your sector, as well as potentially overseeing some other junior team members.
  • You are likely to support some colleagues outside the UK, and you will need to be able to flex your approach to accommodate different cultures and jurisdictional requirements.
