
Service Desk Analyst

- Ensure ticket resolution within the IT SLA period.
- Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and support PCs and Macs to Next15 UK standards.
- Ensure all new joiners have their laptops configured and that inductions are held to a high standard.
- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and rollback instructions.
- Asset management, maintain accurate records of IT assets using internal tracking systems.
- Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms, resolve any issues, and communicate with building services as necessary.
- Technical skills with a thorough understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Excellent service approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support.
- Logical reasoning and insightful approach.
- Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate workloads.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management
- Experience working in an IT service desk role
- Experience in using Intune/JAMF
