Salary: £500 inside a day!A major UK infrastructure project based in Beckton is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.About the Role:As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in overseeing all commercial aspects of the project. You'll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and work closely with project directors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success across key packages.Offering: Hybrid position - 3 days on site / 2 at home.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor across multiple packages.
- Provide expert commercial guidance on procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Oversee cost forecasting, risk management, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure project targets are met.
- Substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong Rail / Civils background in SQS.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
