- The Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance and support to Caterpillar’s Financial Product Division across Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, addressing a broad range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. The role also includes monitoring regulatory compliance across the Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) region, working closely with the Regional Compliance Manager and Compliance Consultants to ensure alignment with evolving legal standards and business practices.
- Risk Management: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Resource Management: Knowledge of the resources required to achieve business objectives; ability to plan, mobilize and distribute resources to fulfill business objectives and plans.
- Legal Analysis: Knowledge of methods and tools used in legal analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from both legal and factual information..
- Legal Function: Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the legal function or department; ability to provide legal consulting, advice and assistance.
- Educational Background

Salary: £74,052.00 - £96,267.00 (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time
Hours: In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
