- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing outputs.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Experience in quality control and inspection processes within manufacturing.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining equipment efficiency.

- Competitive salary in the range of £33000 to £40000, based on experience + 25% nightshift allowance
- Working Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday 9pm to 7am
