Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs Deputy Area Supervisor, you’ll assist the Area Manager in ensuring high operational standards and continued success across all locations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Helping teams hit sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Providing hands-on support by working as a Supervisor when needed.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving across locations to ensure top-tier customer service across Berkshire.
  • Conducting spot checks on health and safety and preparing for audits.
  • Managing stock, ordering, and merchandising across multiple sites.
What We’re Looking ForThis Deputy Area Supervisor role requires a proactive person with a desire to learn and grow. We’re looking for someone with:
  • Experience in a branded coffee or food pub environment.
