As a Family Solicitor, you will play a key role in maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence and helping clients navigate sensitive legal matters with professionalism and empathy.The Family Solicitor’s roleThe Family Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload from instruction to conclusion, advising clients on a range of family law matters including separation, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, and child arrangements. You will be expected to undertake advocacy where appropriate and contribute to the continued development of the department.You’ll be working closely with senior colleagues, benefitting from a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.
