Maths Teacher – Full Time | Secondary School | Birmingham | Sept–DecWe’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Maths Teacher to join a large, vibrant secondary school in East Birmingham for the autumn term. The school has a collaborative, supportive staff team and a strong commitment to student success. This is a full-time role from September to December, with full planning, preparation, teaching, and assessment responsibilities. You’ll need to be confident leading a classroom and adept at managing challenging behaviour, ensuring all students stay engaged and make progress.What you’ll do:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students in building confidence and achieving their target grades
  • Use effective assessment and feedback to track and improve student performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Maths department to share best practice and resources
What we’re looking for:
  • Fully Qualified Teacher with QTS
  • Proven experience teaching Maths in a secondary school
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in mathematics
  • Confident classroom management and behaviour handling skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to differentiate lessons for all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
