- Take ownership of day-to-day operations across Finance/Admin, Asset Management, Workshop, Sales, and Service.
- Drive efficiency and performance within the workshop and dealership.
- Ensure customer experience is well-managed across walk-ins, marketing leads, and auction activity.
- Balance cost control, efficiency, and quality - making processes practical, quick, and effective.
- Act as the "No.2" to the CEO, freeing them up to focus on projects and strategy.
- Automotive or motor trade background - service management, fleet, aftermarket, or dealership.
- Strong operational leadership - able to step in quickly and manage existing managers.
- Commercial mindset - able to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to act quick.
