- Previously worked as a NAM / customer facing role / or in commercial / finance role/ Revenue management /strategic consulting roles
- Understands and uses relevant evaluation/return on investments metrics.
- Computer skills - highly proficient using excel, BI, IRI, Nielsen
- Ability to engage and lead the business in the need for change and drive action.
- Entrepreneur mentality - Analytical mindset, someone with the ability to translate data into insights and action across 4p's (Price, Promotion, Product, Placement)
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills. Excellent communicator and collaborator with a strength in influential leadership, using storytelling to convey messages to peers and well as senior management.
- Ambition - Proactive / self-driven / anticipating and seeing problems as challenges
- Judgement - Balance operational and strategic thinking, challenging the status quo, manage confrontation effectively.
