Bilton Grange Prep School is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist who can deliver a high level of customer service to play a central role in our busy school. You will be the Prep School Administrator/Receptionist and be responsible for delivering the day-to-day administrative needs of the school. This is a job-share so you will need to be someone who is a good team player and communicator, a self-starter, have very high professional standards and be proficient using Word, Excel and email. The successful applicant will be joining a highly committed and enthusiastic team.This post is for 21¼ hours per week, 8am to 12.15pm Monday to Friday, on a term time plus basis. There may be some flexibility on the finish time. There is a requirement to support on big event days, approx. 5 Saturdays per year, and these can be planned well in advance.You will work term time plus 3 additional weeks during holidays, totalling 35 working weeks per annum, and be paid a salary of £11,407 which includes pay for your holiday entitlement.For more information and to apply: Please register and complete an application via our recruitment portal which can be found atClosing date: 18 September 2025
