Location: Localised Patch in OxfordshireThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join a well-established fire and security solution provider, supporting critical infrastructure across Hertfordshire and beyond.Your role as a Security Service Engineer will give you the opportunity to work on complex systems across domestic and commercial customer sitesKey responsibilities for this Security Service Engineer role:
- Service, repair, and maintain security systems including CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control, as well as integrated systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during all site visits
- Liaise with the wider engineering team and report directly to the Regional Supervisor and Manager
- Travel throughout your defined patch attending service calls as required
- Participate in the call-out rota to support customers 24/7 as needed
- Experience servicing electronic security systems (Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control)
- Good IT skills (laptop configuration, software updates, etc.)
- Relevant electrical or electronic engineering qualification preferred – or strong industry experience
- Field-based engineering background, ideally in the security or fire systems space
- Willingness to travel across the Oxfordshire area
- Full UK Driving License required
- Can earn in excess of £40,000 (includes base salary, extra on-call pay and overtime)
