- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the assigned Zapp fulfilment centre.
- Manage and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure adherence to all Zapp policies and procedures, maintaining operational standards for the highest level of customer service.
- Review, refine, and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Proven experience managing 24/7 front-line operations in a logistics, e-commerce, or retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (15+), including management staff.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and implement data-driven improvements.
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders (e.g. Customer Experience, Central HQ) to seek guidance and suggest enhancements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, to support operational needs.
