This is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring the smooth delivery of complex projects, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and driving operational performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the Civil Engineering and Structural Steelwork Division.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor site teams, ensuring compliance with health andamp; safety regulations and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to support ongoing collaboration.
- Identify new business opportunities within the sector and contribute to the company's business development strategy.
- Monitor project performance, prepare commercial reports, and deliver operational performance reporting to senior management.
- Ensure accurate resource planning, cost tracking, and budget control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
- Proven track record in managing structural and civil engineering projects, ideally within high-security or regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in business development and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Solid understanding of commercial reporting and operational performance monitoring.
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and financial control.
- Knowledge of relevant health andamp; safety regulations and industry standards.
