
Customer Support Executive

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Resolve customer queries as they arise including account queries and warranties.
- Maintain the Forward Load for dedicated customer accounts, scheduling orders as required, quoting units and liaising with the Commercial Manager.
- Facilitate the resolution of Technical Issues between workshops and customers.
- Provide information for queries regarding OTD score as required on a weekly basis.
- Maintain Gross Margin for assigned customer accounts.
- Communicate Customer Status reports for assigned accounts which require these.
- Raise WO’s for customers as required.
- Scan and file Work Packs as completed.
- Basic salary up to £29,000 dependent upon experience
