- Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
- Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
- Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors
- Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records.
- Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers.
- Experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working to KPIs and targets.
- You are open-minded, possessing the ability and wiliness to embrace change.
- Someone who takes a solution-led approach to their work.
- You possess a proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
- You are an excellent relationship builder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Any Salesforce CRM or B2B experience would be a bonus!
- And of course - a driving licence is essential!

- Helping our LGBTQ+ community through enhanced coverage for trans colleagues, including voice coaching, facial surgery, and gender confirmation surgery
- Support for Neurodiverse colleagues and families with neurodiverse members with needs assessment, diagnosis and post diagnostic support for autism spectrum, ADHD and Tourette's syndrome.
- Additions to Fertility coverage including IVF for lesbian couples and information/support around surrogacy and adoption for all.
