Mitie Landscapes, the UK's leading Facilities Management company, has an exciting opening for an Interior Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team.As the Interior Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading all installations and projects within the division. Your mission: to ensure exceptional delivery every day. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and profitability in your area.Your responsibilities will include building positive relationships with suppliers, improving efficiency and utilisation of our resources, working within the constraints of budgets, KPIs and SLAs, implementing a positive health and safety culture and taking ownership of the care for our indoor tropical plants by effectively motivating and guiding team members that report in to you.Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications within the horticulture/landscaping industry as well as knowledge and understanding of QHSE systems, financial acumen and management. Due to the duties involved in this position, it is essential that applicants currently hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
