  • Engage with young people and families to understand and evaluate their needs.
  • Develop and implement safety plans in collaboration with various stakeholders, including Youth Justice, police, and schools.
  • Address the risks and challenges related to exploitation, organised crime, and serious youth violence.
  • Support the contextual safeguarding framework by coordinating efforts with partner agencies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive safeguarding strategies.
