About the roleAre you a natural organiser with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Join Balfour Beatty as a Reactive Scheduler and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-performing reactive works across Lincolnshire.What you'll be doingAs a Reactive Scheduler, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations-planning, permitting, and scheduling works to ensure maximum output and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll work closely with our delivery teams and external stakeholders to keep everything on track.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling reactive works using WorkZone/Confirm Connect to ensure gang tablets are loaded to 120% capacity
  • Rescheduling incomplete jobs to maintain KPI compliance (PI2 and PI3)
  • Permitting schemes in line with the Lincolnshire Permit Scheme
  • Attending operational and client meetings to support delivery performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners including Lincolnshire County Council and Streetworks
Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in planning, permitting, and performance management
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • A strong communicator-both written and verbal
  • A team player who builds positive relationships and promotes a safety-first culture
  • Ideally familiar with Confirm, WorkZone, and the Lincolnshire permitting process
  • Comfortable working in a construction or infrastructure environment
