
Scheduler - Sleaford

- Scheduling reactive works using WorkZone/Confirm Connect to ensure gang tablets are loaded to 120% capacity
- Rescheduling incomplete jobs to maintain KPI compliance (PI2 and PI3)
- Permitting schemes in line with the Lincolnshire Permit Scheme
- Attending operational and client meetings to support delivery performance
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners including Lincolnshire County Council and Streetworks
- Experienced in planning, permitting, and performance management
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator-both written and verbal
- A team player who builds positive relationships and promotes a safety-first culture
- Ideally familiar with Confirm, WorkZone, and the Lincolnshire permitting process
- Comfortable working in a construction or infrastructure environment
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
