- Plan and execute creative and diverse menus
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Lead Cook in a similar setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
