Our client is a leading top-tier Legal 100 firm with an impressive commercial disputes team frequently instructed on a broad range of litigation matters including: insolvency; contractual claims, commercial/financial litigation, across a diverse mix of sectors.The team has expertise in advising UK corporate entities on shareholder and warranty claims, professional negligence, contractual disputes, defamation and financial services claims and pensions disputes.Due to continual growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Partner to join their Thames Valley team.You will advise a wide array of clients in the early stages of a potential dispute through to representing in dispute resolution processes whether through the High Court, Arbitral and other tribunals, mediation, and other ADR processes.This partnership opportunity will focus on a broad range of commercial disputes so we are looking for individuals with experience across multiple sectors and clients.You can expect to lead on high value cases whilst supervising and mentoring more junior members.This dynamic and Chambers-rated team are frequently instructed on high-value and complex commercial litigation matters so you will need sound judgement in assessing the merits of a claim both quickly and effectively.You will ideally have extensive experience across a broad spectrum of disputes and enjoy mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team.We are looking for an organised team-player with excellent attention-to-detail and good problem-solving ability.
