General Manager

• Have a background in Sales & Aftersales Management within a motor retailing environment, with experience in Commercial Vehicles and Passenger cars.
• Demonstrate an ability to meet and exceed targets in Retail and Corporate sales in conjunction with a fully compliant F&I processes.
• Have exceptional relationships with the Manufacturer and demonstrate how this positively impacts on the entire business.
• Have experience of compiling and achieving budgets.
• Have a strong working knowledge of IT and display substantial organisational and administrative skills.
• Be experienced in planning marketing strategies to include digital and offline marketing.
• Display an ability to build a close working relationship with the dealership Management Team and use this to contribute to the overall success of the business.
• Have the ability to improve departmental performance by introducing new initiatives and ideas.
• Demonstrate astute Commercial Awareness within current sectors.
• Proven record of ability to lead and motivate others.
