As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first arrive at our hotel. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.About You:
  • Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken
