- Deliver high-quality technical fault diagnosis and maintenance support using virtual tools.
- Use TechSee software to inspect and diagnose basic building faults remotely.
- Provide effective, safe, and regulation-compliant solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Act as a professional and friendly ambassador for LiveWest, ensuring excellent customer care.
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety policies and data protection regulations.
- Uphold LiveWest's values and behaviours in every interaction.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using new technology.
- Post qualification experience in core trade or surveying.
- Practical experience of working in the construction industry and or in the social housing sector.
- Ability to diagnose basic building faults.
- Clear and demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation pertaining to the construction industry including HHSRS.
- Knowledge of responsive maintenance, condensation, damp and mould.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in a trade background or surveying (or equivalent).
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Desirable: Health and Safety qualification or experience (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH Construction Certificate).
- Desirable: CIH course level 2, 3, 4 or equivalent.
- Working Style: Hybrid working with 2 - 3 days in the office to support your work/life balance.
