targets with my team by outputting engines to meet business expectations.
- Point of contact for Test Manager, Project engineers, Engineering team, Logistics department and directors
- Identify and organise relevant training for team members. Manage competence record books.
- With the Facilities Engineers ensure contractors are controlled, inducted and supervised when on site.
- Manage Holidays and absences along with other HR duties.
- Manage risk assessments and COSHH on site.
- Compile and issue engine test reports for customers.
- Assist with trouble shooting with test team members for issues on test or with testbed equipment.
- Ensure calibration of test beds.
- Preparation and participation of both internal and external audits.
- Assist with the recruitment of new employees and apprentices. Successes involved recruiting 3 former
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, IT infrastructure, and relevant technologies.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing IT or software projects, including Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Rotary Machine industry.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and motivating project teams.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Aerospace, or a related field.
