- Execute and Develop the client's Service/Sales needs and opportunities in the UK Market
- Execute product and solution demonstrations in cooperation with the Technical Sales Representative
- Execute installations of equipment and start-up training to deliver customer satisfaction
- Execute Service, Warranty and Calibration activities according to the client's service bulletins and instructions
- Administration of Service Activities, Invoicing and Servicing/Training/Sales opportunities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and engage fully in regular internal Meetings
- Actively work to increase the service, training and repair business potential at the Customer's site.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Personal situation that allows extensive travel within the UK - the first 3-6 months may involve staying away from home 3-4 nights a week
- Customer focussed and able to deliver on promises
- Competent experience within mechanical and electronical engineering
- Good technical knowledge of the collision repair industry and car manufacturing requirements
- Sound understanding of health and safely requirements around the workplace
- Comfortable with PCs in general and Microsoft office
- This role would suit a candidate with an engineering background e.g. cabling, IT, electrical appliance service engineer, gas engineer or a photocopier service engineer, full product knowledge training will be offered.
