- Work with Principal consultants to develop new areas of Business Consulting and drive the participation of Business Consulting at SITA wider level;
- Support the development of SITA methodology by working closely with specific regions ensuring consulting methodology and quality are in accordance with corporate and regional standards.Business Development Activity
- Articulate and prove SITA consulting value proposition to the customers (including the review and development of business strategy and alignment to IT/IS strategy);
- Drive consultancy in conjunction with account teams and ensure reference customers and case studies are representative of SITA consultancy offering;
- Deliver directly (or be part of delivery team) consulting assignments to build trusted relationship with customers demonstrate technical credibility and obtain field/customer feedback;
- Develop business cases (including cost-benefit analysis) design business architectures and business models delivery of business audits discovery assessments presenting key findings and recommendations to customers;
- Develop and run client workshops managing activities as required to fully enable the customer to realize and implement the benefits of the consultancy;
- Coach/mentor a small team of consultants checking and supporting the development of statements of work;
- Interface with corporate functions (product marketing product development training project office etc) to ensure that they support the market needs;
- Support the Product groups in developing/driving workshops and process related consulting;
- Assist marketing with delivering training tools and information to business management;
- Contribute to the development of regional or local partnerships with external suppliers/partners and evaluate vendor/third party offerings;
- Keep current with new technologies and industry trends.
- At least ten (10 )years Business-related consultancy/or Industry experience.
- Team leadership experience/working in matrix managed organisations.
- Understanding of Airline Industry IT/ Network environment (an advantage).
- Complex Bid and Proposal Management.- Project and Program management skills.

- Operating at senior levels of customer (Regional/global heads of business).

- ATI Transport related diploma/degree.
- Related qualifications and/or accreditations (e.g. Diploma in Management Consultancy offered by Institute of Business Consulting and the Chartered Management Institute).
