We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator on a permanent basis who is passionate about creating an engaging and nurturing work environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive work atmosphere based in Hemel Hempstead.
  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive and positive company culture.
  • Support the HR Manager with Employee Relations cases and provide support and guidance to managers on best practice and process
  • Support the Human Resources department in administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Manage internal communications and updates.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Employee Relations case load
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
